I had to cancel * tickets in January due to covid AND the schedule change. I cancelled the flight when the email gave me the option to cancel for a refund. I never received the refund. Now I cannot get through to an agent, I waited over * hours. Last week I spoke to an agent who said they would call me back after they talked to Alaska airlines and they never called me back. i am beyond frustrated please help. this is urgent.
