I was not allowed to pick up my car rental later in the day. I would like a refund from my car rental which was booked through you. My plane arrived extremely late , beyond my control, due to weather. I was to.d I had to pick up my rental by *:**AM the following day. This was impossible! I had already paid for my rental so it should have been mine. The itinerary * was *************. So, when I paid up front for the car rental, it should have been mine for the duration whether it sat I. The rental office or not. Very poor business. Enterprise and Budget do not work in this manner. I will never use Alamo again nor will I pay in advance. I expect a full refund credited to my American Express.
GetHuman-jolenaub did not yet indicate what Travelocity should do to make this right.
