I have repeatedly tried to "unsubscribe" to emails from you*TransUnion Interactive. Over the past *-* months I have done this at least a dozen times using your "unsubscribe" link included in these emails...but to without success. This week I called and spoke to one of your agents, who promised he would remove my email address from your list serve, and I would no longer receive these emails. This promise was made only after I had to give him my SS number, which I was not comfortable doing. I do not understand why that was necessary in order to remove my email address from your list of emails to which you send these emails. Regardless...he also indicated I would be receiving an email documenting my email address had been removed...and I would no longer be receiving these unrequested and unwanted solicitation. I did not receive that email. I did, though, receive another solicitation email... Will you please remove me from your list... Your organization handles important and very personal data. This problem, and your inability or unwillingness to resolve it, erodes any confidence I have in your organization. Please take care of this.
GetHuman-gatorrev did not yet indicate what TransUnion should do to make this right.
