Help with my Tradesy issue

I had a bag in my cart around midnight my time last night and had a code that was spend $**** get $*** off. I clicked on purchase and went through the affirm payment process. Everything worked, the total was correct, until the last step the sale failed. Then I tried again and it said code already used. Tried again and it said invalid code. I really want to buy this purse. Could you give me a different code since that one stopped working? The bag is like $****. I’ll purchase if I can get the code to work again.
GetHuman-jeneilbr did not yet indicate what Tradesy should do to make this right.
