Your Westlake Village, CA Total Woman gym has been closed since March ** and all of April for Margie Proud, Visa and Denise Proud bank charge. I want a refund for these charges. Denise's acct. No is ****************. I have been a member since ****. I have called the gym and no one answers (many times). Their phone mailbox is full. Please resolve this issue or I will have to.
