The issue in GetHuman-markkyb's own words
Hi,*I am a member of BSC. My rate a couple of years ago was*$**.***month. Then it went up to $**.**, then it went up to $**.** and now it just went up to $**.**. All in a span of * years. That is ridiculous. Now I found out the yearly rate which was supposed to keep my premiums fixed but is just a yearly fee is up from ** to **. I have never ever received a warning email that my rates were going up. They just appeared on my credit card out of nowhere. I would like to know why I do not get any emails regarding rate increases in time for me to make a decision if I want to renew. Also, I have been notified that if I ask within a couple of weeks my rate will be reduced back to its original **.***month. But this may take several months so I will still be charged the higher rate until it is decided if to lower it by you. I find this whole thing unacceptable.
