I now have * purchases since your rewards program started that I have ordered through my app and not received a single purchase towards my free reward from them. I have called support twice, no result yet. I asked at the store, she just asked me if I had the rewards card and if I registered it. I have added it to my app and I told her that, then another customer came so she walked away. The whole having to have a special rewards card is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of to be honest. The only purchases that have counted are the ones AFTER SOMEONE FINALLY TOLD ME ABOUT THE FREE REWARDS CARD YOU HAVE TO GET that I have stood in line for and paid at the counter. I would think that if you have to have a special rewards card, maybe someone at the stores would tell you that when the program starts. I have lost **, * that I paid for with my tims card before I got the rewards app, and * that I ordered from the app for pick up.**How do I want this resolved. I want my * purchases to count for my free coffee that I have already earned, and I want you to fix the app so I can order and have it ready when I get there and not have to lose out on the rewards program in order to do that.
