I have a new Tile Pro that I bought as part of a four-pack. Three paired okay but one says that it is already registered. Is there a chance that I was shipped a package that was returned by a previous customer who registered one before returning? I went through all of the steps to pair, multiple times, with no success...only the "already registered" message. Next step? Can I exchange it for another? Thanks in advance.

GetHuman-riccosc did not yet indicate what Tile should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-riccosc fixed the problem
Customer support reply via email, which worked:**Can you please try to remove the battery of your Tile Pro (Black) then insert the battery back again and make sure that the battery are completely seated.**Afterwards, let's try to reboot your Tile, press and hold the Tile button for ** seconds this will reboot your Tile.**Now try the following to get your Tile activated:**Please make sure you are signed out off the Tile app and have forced closed it in the background of your device.**Turn off your phone or tablet for * minutes and turn it back on.**Make sure you have a good network connection (through WiFi or mobile cellular data).**Move away from any other Tiles you might be near that have already been activated.**Open the Tile app and sign back into your account.**Tap the “*” on the upper left. Follow the instructions to add your Tile. A new Tile should be detected within * minutes!
