I ordered a tile Nov ** and I received a confirmation order number. I then received another email saying they were on back order and I should receive another confirmation number once my credit card had been charged. I received that charge on my credit card but I have not received another email with my order number. I tried to track my package with my original order number but it says my order does not exist. I would like to make sure my order was actually ordered and that the money that was charged from my bank is not just being taken. -Caitlin
