In May ****, a technical support person at my internet provider was trying to help me with a connection problem, and told me to delete something in settings - I think my password - which I did, resulting in the program not being able to connect to my email to download it, or otherwise use Thunderbird. The tech person did not know how to fix it, and I've not been able to figure it out. I can't even find where the password is supposed to be located. I've learned how to use my email through my internet provider's online system, but would really like to go back to downloading it using Thunderbird. Can you help? Is it possible to chat or talk with someone about this? Otherwise, I think it could take a really long time to email back and forth about it.
