Help with my Thrifty Car Rental issue

The issue in GetHuman-pweronik's own words
I rented from Thrifty in Philadelphia. RR *********. No one checked the car before I left the lot. When I arrived at my destination in New Jersey I noticed a part hanging on the passengers side below the car. I believe it was a mud guard. I contacted Thrifty and reported it. I was concerned the entire time about this catching on the road and causing further damage. Fortunately that did not occur.*We were transported by Thrifty to a lot several miles from the airport. I was told to return the car to the airport. We had an early morning flight. I drove to the airport an hour and a half prior to the flight. When I arrived I looked for a Thrifty lot. I circled the airport three times and finally asked an employee at another lot where Thrifty was. She told me to return it to the Dollar lot. Upon arrival at the Dollar lot there was no one outside to provide service. I went inside and no one was at the counter. I called out and no one answered. About * minutes later another renter said someone was now at the counter. I went back in and stood at the counter. The employee was looking down at some papers and did not acknowledge me. I finally said "Should I just leave the car?" She looked up and asked where my paper work was. I went back to the car to retrieve it. She then checked me out. I mentioned the part hanging on the bottom but she didn't seemed concerned. The process of finding the lot and checking out took ** minutes. We were now in danger of missing our flight.*Fortunately we made the flight but our luggage did not. I had to drive to Tampa Airport, ** miles each way through the rain bands of Hurricane Michael, to retrieve our luggage that night.*Needless to say I was not happy with our Thrifty car rental experience.
