I had a credit of $**.**. I made a purchase of $**.**, which leaves $*.** credit. However, that $*.** has disappeared also. Where is this amount that is owed to my account? In addition to that, I just received one of my orders, and there was an item missing. There was a line drawn through it on the invoice with some scribbling, which I could not read. So I don't know where this item is. Am I going to be credited back for the missing item? There are also unresolved issues from clean out boxes that I sent in, have talked via email to a representative, but then they have never responded back and won't answer newer emails. I really like this site but that lack of customer support is starting to become an issue. I would like to speak to a real person to get these issues resolved. Currently, I am not a happy customer.
