Regarding Account ACC.[redacted], we have been extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Frontier. Since mid-November [redacted], despite numerous requests to have the phone left on and the internet placed on vacation hold starting November 29th, we have faced significant issues. Various callers experienced different responses ranging from busy signals to messages claiming the line was disconnected. After countless calls, we believe the phone and internet are now active. We cannot afford to pay for internet while we are away in Arizona for five months, as we need the phone for our heating alarm system in Northern Wisconsin. Failing to monitor the heat could lead to costly repairs. One representative, Taylor, mentioned the internet could not be put on vacation hold until January 13th, with a credit promised from December 13th. However, after speaking with Lana on December 17th, the issue remains unresolved. We demand a free bill for December and request the internet be turned off while the phone remains active. I urgently need help with resolving case #[redacted]4. This is a time-sensitive verification required for an NP to begin work. I opened this case on September 7 and have not had any follow-up contact via call or email. When trying to reset my password, instead of receiving an email to make the change, I got an error message stating my identity couldn't be validated. The customer service agent I spoke to on Sep. 7 mentioned I needed to be re-registered. After that, I got an email confirming the case submission. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication, and contacting customer support hasn't been successful. Time is of the essence for this application, and I am a repeat user of The Work Number for verifying applicants to St. Mary's Medical Center. This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this.
