UI offered me * payment options to avoid disconnect before **** & now I cannot pay the amount due by Thursday, ****.
GetHuman631045 did not yet indicate what The United Illuminating Company should do to make this right.

How GetHuman631045 fixed the problem
I was contacted by UI * minutes after placing my request for immediate intervention c*o GetHuman & then followed the voice prompts , choosing option ‘*’ for reporting service emergencies , which enabled me to get on the line with a Customer Service Rep. immediately to make a payment arrangement to prevent a disruption of my electric service to a disconnect slated for * pm the following day !
