Having awful time with delivery service again. Had to cancel service and get refund, then * weeks ago got * calls from different people telling us they got new delivery person try again for a special price of $*.** for weekend delivery for all the trouble we had. Suppose to get paper today nothing called can't find me in system again. It supposed to be a porch delivery by front door as we have a problem and always had it that way since ****'s. Last few months paper was left on side walk or driveway in single plastic bag not sealed was soaking wet from rain or sprinklers was useless had to throw away. Complained about this was promised it would be taken care of. Every time I called on a Saturday was told they can't find me in the system pat answer. In need to speak to someone in charge to get my credit card charge taken off and cancel again. Speaking to people out sourced they will promise you everything and nothing happens. Please call me at hm* ***-***-**** or cell * *******-**** don't know who else to contact. Called company at *******-**** they couldn't help except to say all my info was sent over to Miami herald and had to contact you as I am in the system .
Want a credit to my card and cancel service had enough
