I want the Dispatch to rectify the problem. How you do that is your problem, but don't ever send another sales representative to my residence ... One of your sales representatives, claimed his name is Ken Walker, came into my yard this evening and stole a glass ball from our wind spinner that is used as a wieght to keep the wind spinner from blowing away. I watched him do it and yelled at him to bring it back, which he did. I proceeded to curse at him because I couldn't believe he had the audacity to steal it and I was rather pissed off. He then proceeded to curse back at me. I'm amazed that you have such people representinmg you. It's downright despicable, disgusting and disgraceful. I would expect that you handle the situation. I will never, ever subscribe to your newspaper. I expect you to contact me at the email address and phone number I have included.
I want the Dispatch to be aware of the caliber of the individuals representing them that they are sending out to peoples homes,
First of all contact me and then tell me how you plan to rectify the situation. I'm not looking for any monetary solution, I want you to handle the problem with the individual you have as a representative.
