Help with my The Boston Globe issue
I have received my bill this month and find a notice of $*.** PROCESSING FEE which as been added. I have rec'd the paper for over ** yrs. and find this latest charge reprehensible. Now I have to pay extra for my bill? What more do you want in addition to several recent increases?Given the many errors in print (which are still happening), bad delivery etc. you should be thanking me for my subscription!!!
I trust that The Boston Globe will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
