I booked Manila-Bkk-Manila ticket to depart ** Aug **** TH ***. Because of the Xiamen Airline incident that closed the runway, my flight was cancelled. There was no text, no email, no call from Thai Airways. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had to make call to NAIA to check the situation. I was only able to get through the TG office Friday afternoon at *pm and they had nothing for me. After that there was no one I could talk to. I went to the airport the next day and everyone was still there but there was still no one from Thai Airways helping anybody. A ground staff walked by and was stopped by everyone hungry for information. There was still no advice regarding the cancelled flights. I could not believe how Thai Airways could be so irresponsible and so uncaring about its passengers. I want to a complete refund of my flight if this cannot be rebooked to my desired dates.
