I need to speak with an individual. I have tried filing my claim on-line ever since COVID** started but have been unsuccessful. Online I am told to call a specific phone number but when I call it rings busy, I am disconnected or if someone does answer I get put on hold and noone answers after that. **I need to file for unemployment due to COVID **. I began work on ******* but have just been notified that the hospital I work for is closing and my last day is ********. So I need to be able to get in to log on to file unemployment at that time as well. **I have been trying since March with no luck. I need to speak with an individual please. thank you.
