Urgent Assistance Needed My claims have been pending for over six weeks, awaiting additional information without any communication. Despite multiple attempts between 7 am and 7 pm, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance with my unemployment claim. The chat support has not been helpful, and I urgently need to speak with a representative. Due to my doctor's referral, I went for a Covid test as I was experiencing symptoms. I discussed the possibility of working from home with my doctor due to underlying health conditions. The doctor advised me to get tested and go to the emergency room, providing medications for my symptoms. I have documentation to support my situation. With significant underlying health issues, I believe I qualify to work from home as mandated by the Governor and President, but my employer refused. This situation is life-threatening, and the delay in processing my claim is concerning. I am prepared to contact the Texas government officials to address this issue promptly. Thank you, G.J. I am seeking information about my existing claim. I received a letter indicating I could appeal online. I submitted appeals in May with confirmation number [redacted]8 and in July with confirmation number [redacted]3. I have not received any updates and cannot submit a payment request online. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone for assistance. I have not been informed about pandemic assistance, which my family urgently needs. I believe my claim was unfairly denied when I missed work due to illness for 2 hours. I provided medical documentation to my employer in March and requested leave. Prior to responding to my manager's email, HR had already approved my 2-hour absence. Therefore, I did not elaborate on my medical condition in my email, as it is personal information. I have all necessary documents and screenshots for verification.

I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for my unemployment claims to be processed. Despite providing additional information, I never received any updates. I have called numerous times without success and the online chat support was not helpful. I urgently need to speak to someone about my situation. My doctor sent me for a COVID test due to symptoms and recommended that I work from home because of underlying health issues. I have proof of this and meet the requirements to work remotely as mandated by the Governor and President. My employer refused my request to work from home, putting my life at risk. I have no income for over 8 weeks and the system states there are no pending issues without further explanation. I will escalate this matter to the Government of Texas and relevant authorities if necessary. Please contact me at the provided phone number. Thank you, Gloria J. from Plano, Texas.

I have urgent concerns regarding my pending unemployment claims for over two weeks. I have tried calling every day without success. I urgently need to provide additional information related to my COVID-19 test and doctor's recommendations due to my underlying health issues. Despite meeting the criteria for working from home as mandated by government officials, my employer did not approve it, putting my health at risk. I have all the necessary paperwork and prescriptions to support my case. It is crucial that someone contacts me promptly to resolve this matter. Thank you. - Gloria J. from Plano, TX.

I submitted my unemployment claim back in August but only heard back about it two weeks ago. I received two payments for my old [redacted] claim that was pending. After talking to an agent, a new claim for [redacted] was created over the phone. The problem is that the newly filed claim was already approved, despite the recent acceptance. I've received a confirmation letter, but online it still shows as under review. The representative assured me that once the [redacted] claim was settled, I'd start receiving benefits for [redacted]. I need someone to call me this week to sort out this issue. I'm also unsure about qualifying for pandemic benefits as I've been unemployed since January, causing financial strain with overdue mortgage payments. I've been waiting months for a resolution and seek a prompt solution and clarity on the situation.

I would like to cease my unemployment benefits. I did not request them and believe the application to be fraudulent. Despite my efforts to notify TWC and deny the application, they issued me a debit/credit card. As the president of the Dicey Cemetery Association, I received a Notice of Applications for Unemployment Benefits on 5-31-20. I promptly informed TWC of the fraudulent claim in a letter dated 6-19-20, clearly stating that I do not require or authorize these benefits. I received a generic response dated 6-29-20 acknowledging the claim but not addressing its fraudulent nature. I recently received a benefits card which I have no intention of using. I am eager to connect with someone who can cancel this claim and properly label it as fraudulent. I am the individual named on the claim and someone falsely applied for benefits using my information. I am not unemployed, as I serve as a voluntary president of a non-profit organization overseeing the cemetery. I urge for the claim to be terminated, marked as fraudulent, and closed. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Mark W.

Hello, I am Keith Gayle, and can be reached at [redacted]. I recently received correspondence regarding an unemployment claim that I did not initiate. After contacting TWC multiple times to report this error and requesting the claim be stopped or removed, I was redirected to the fraud department at [redacted]. The fraud department explained that TWC must address this issue, as no funds have been disbursed for this claim. They advised that TWC should remove the claim to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I have not received appropriate assistance when contacting TWC. Calls result in being transferred to different representatives, who either transfer me again or disconnect the call. I would like to inform TWC that I did not file for unemployment benefits and request the prompt removal of this claim from your records. Thank you, Keith Gayle

Subject: Urgent Message Regarding Unemployment Benefits Issue To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out regarding a pressing issue I am facing in regards to my unemployment benefits claim. I have been attempting to contact the appropriate department without success. I am seeking official documentation stating my denial of unemployment benefits in Texas in order to proceed with my claim in Alaska. I recently performed work for a company based in Houston, TX, while physically located in Bisbee, AZ. Due to confusion with my address, I am being shown as having earned income in Texas, despite not residing there for over ten years. I urgently need this issue resolved so I can access the benefits I am entitled to in Alaska. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the Texas Unemployment Benefits & Claims department and am in urgent need of assistance. Please email me at [redacted] or call [redacted] at your earliest convenience to provide me with the necessary documentation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I noticed some unauthorized charges on my Reliacard, so I called customer service for assistance. They advised me to deactivate the card and wait for a new one, which took 5 business days to arrive. However, when I tried to activate it, I was informed that it was flagged for fraud. I was directed to upload a selfie and driver's license on their website for validation, which would take 42-72 hours. After facing issues with the photo clarity, I faxed the information three times. Despite confirmation of successful transmission, I had to resend the documents multiple times due to unclear photos. It has been 19 days since I've had access to my funds, causing me financial distress with overdue bills. The customer service team has been unable to update me on the status or provide contact information for the offline department handling my case.

I've been trying to set up my electric correspondence online but faced repeated issues while attempting to log in. Every time I manage to speak to a representative after almost two hours of waiting, they inform me they will try to contact someone from the TWC. It turns out the [redacted] number I called wasn't for TWC customer service. After more lengthy holds, the rep informs me they couldn't reach anyone at TWC and advises me to call back at a specific time the next day. I either get distracted and forget or decide against calling to avoid the time-consuming process that results in no progress. I need my online login reset so I can access my claims online without having to spend hours on the phone.

I spoke with a customer service representative who started my claim. She mentioned my next payment request date is today, but I can't find where to go for the payment request. When I log in, it shows that my claim is still being processed. I also have a couple of questions for clarification to ensure I meet all the requirements for payment going forward.

As a senior citizen, I have devoted 54 years to caring for children at home until advised due to health conditions. With the pandemic halting my childcare work, I aimed to apply for UPS and carrier jobs but faced difficulties due to night blindness. Concerns about unemployment benefits expiration caused me to delay filing for three weeks, fearing repercussions. After seeking assistance, I contacted the appropriate number to resume my application, only to be redirected to another line with no success in reaching helpful support.

I spoke with a representative and successfully had my claim backdated. However, I have yet to receive my backpay. Even though my TWC account reflects the payment, the funds have not appeared in my bank account. The backdating process was completed on November 24th, with assurances that the funds would be available in my account the week following Thanksgiving. Despite this, the money has not been deposited as expected. How much longer should I anticipate waiting after the claim backdating process to receive the funds?

Hello, I am Daniel Smasal. My date of birth is October 16, [redacted]. The last four digits of my social security number are [redacted]. I am facing issues as I have not received my payment from my most recent payment request made on December 28. I missed my scheduled payment request on November 28 and was advised to contact on December 3. I think I might have accidentally answered a question incorrectly. Today, I updated my current address. I am still unemployed and fulfilling my requirement of doing three work searches a week. On December 3, the automated system informed me that someone would reach out to me, but I have not been contacted yet. I lost my job due to COVID-19 and downsizing, and I am currently unemployed. Please assist me.

I filed for unemployment benefits on September 17th. I was instructed to continue making bi-weekly payments and not to take any further action. TWC has yet to contact me through my inbox or by phone. As someone in genuine need of these benefits, waiting for three months without any contact is unacceptable. I want to know what steps I can take to address this issue. If I made an error or overlooked something unintentionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed. Waiting for months without any communication is not a viable option for me.

I submitted an appeal on July 29th, as reflected on my TWC Correspondence Page. Despite four months passing, the status still shows that TWC will schedule a hearing soon. The initial claim dates back to April 26th, and I am eager to understand why the process is taking so long. I have gathered all the necessary paperwork to support my case, demonstrating my employer's deceit to avoid providing unemployment benefits owed to me. I urgently require these benefits, and the lengthy delay is causing significant financial strain. I am seeking clarity on my appeal court date to submit my evidence promptly. The delay in this process is frustrating, especially during the pandemic, and I have faced challenges reaching out for assistance over the phone. Your help in expediting this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On November 19, my card got locked after updating my address on the TWC site. Despite providing the required information promptly, it took an additional 8 days for it to clear, causing disruptions during Thanksgiving. As a result of the card being locked again by RELIACARD, I had to deal with a tumultuous situation with my roommate, leading me to be homeless and sleeping in my truck. Despite my complaints to RELIACARD, they seemed indifferent to my situation. Currently, I am in need of a budget-friendly hotel for shelter and basic amenities like showers.

I was approved for Temporary Unemployment Benefits starting October 25, [redacted]. Despite filing online every two weeks, I haven't received any benefits. When I called recently, I was told benefits were on hold because I hadn't been conducting job searches. I want to clarify that, at 66 years old and with Covid-19 circumstances, I am not obligated (as per CDC and TUI website) to perform these searches. I simply need my benefits from October 25, [redacted], to be released promptly. - E. Gavulic

I have tried contacting them through various methods such as phone calls, website forms, and direct emails, but unfortunately, have not received any response. My contact number is [redacted].
