I am trying to view my surcharge accounts (Texas Driver Responsibility Program) but do not know what zip code they have on file. The automated phone system AND the online system require the zip code for access. I'm locked out of my online account for too many attempts and can not get to a live person through the phone number. I have been searching and this seems to be the only phone number which is *-***-***-****. I tried to call the number for TX DPS in Austin which is ***-***-**** but the automated system says their reps are too busy to take my call. HELP!!!!
