My S**, was damaged in car accident late October ****. I immediately went to the one of three Tesla certified body shops, Brookside in Walnut Creek. They informed me that it was going to take three weeks just get the left rear fender and replacement door. This total unsatisfactory. The factory is less than ** miles away. Also, I needed to make a appointment which would be about after the parts were to be delivered. This is a major problem, why is there only three place to take our Tesla vehicles? Which they are all backed up with cars needing a d waiting on parts and staff with the experience to do the required repairs. My car only took * weeks to build and I've been months without my jetson futuristic car because of this Flintstone customer process. If Tesla is unable provide more locations for having the vehicle repaired, then they need to open some Tesla repair centers. The reason I purchased this vehicle was to get out of the past of the gasoline market, here I'm back in a gasoline powered vehicle.. this lack customer service concerns me, I convinced my son to order a Model *, which he just took deliver on a few weeks ago. Most people can't afford to be out of their vehicle over ** days and doesn't seen that parts can be delivered in that time frame. The customer service is horrible when you take your vehicle to a Tesla Service Center,now this. Enough already..a GREAT VEHICLE...then it's all bad after the purchase. The vehicle delivery day was totally unformative, not even the basic info is being covered. We learn at the Supercharger stations them from the Telsa rep delivering the vehicle..if you are going to employ the millenniums you need to provide with extensive customer service training and provide them a mentor some to emulate. After purchase it's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE, SATISFACTION and SUPPORT...or aswe came to Tesla we will LEAVE!! Lots of new Electric vehicles coming on the market this year...it will soon come down to Product..Customer Service and after purchase Support *NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!
