The latest download, simply, stinks. Please change the screen back to the way it worked before.*How many people do you think want the navigation map locked on the top half of the screen? We know where we are and it's easy to pull it up when needed.*I would like to put what I want on my screen - for instance - because of the large "blind spots" in the rear view and side mirrors I prefer to have the camera show what's behind me . . . on the top portion of the screen - where the camera image can no longer be shown. Why?*And why can't the screen flip images anymore?*The air conditioning screen has changed - it was easier to control as it was.*If I knew what changes the last download was bringing I would have preferred to not make them.*I've been to both the local service center and sales showroom and have been told that there are many complaints about these changes.*One more very annoying thing . . . I understand that Tesla may be in a cash crunch but you need to hire far more telephone service representatives . . . NO ONE likes to be put on hold for ** -** minutes when help is needed. I've called numerous times and the shortest wait time I was told was *n minutes - - I hung up after ** minutes and drove to the local service location. Good service is the sign of a well run company and right now Tesla is failing.*Barry Forman
