I received a notification that my telephone account was overdue. I don't recall having received any bill since the one I paid in October. *I have been fooled around for months in relation to changing my mobile over to Telstra and then it required five visits to the Telstra shop before that was fixed. I want to know the date from which I am being charged for the mobile and where have the last few bills gone?
GetHuman-robwri did not yet indicate what Telstra should do to make this right.
