The issue in GetHuman-cwmacmil's own words
We have had no internet since ** December * We lodged a complaint with nbn on ** December who did various tests and said it was an issue with our phone line so it is Telstra responsibility. The next available technician was due to do a site visit this morning ** December but it is now *.**pm and we have not seen or heard from anyone. We have postponed our holiday in order to be here to get this issue resolved so it would be nice to know we can still expect someone today. The line which is not working is ** ********. Best nos to call to talk to us is **** *** ***. *Please advise status ASAP so we can amend our travel plans as needed. Many thanks, Paul Davey and Catherine Macmillan.
