Because of employee care person and payroll person's carelessnesa i am.suffering right now . when i give me resgination completed my all resgination formalities why i have to report again ?

The issue in GetHuman-aroradha's own words
I am Dharvi Arora i was ex employee of teleperformance Mohali with employe code a******* in caption call process . I was unable to clear me certification so my trainer gave me * options i can go for any other process else i can do my resgination process and quit the organisation i choosed * option and i did my resgination formality and employee care person said i am suppose to come on next month in between **-** for full and final . I visited on **th of Aug they denied to give me my reliving later that day Pay roll employee Rishab told me that i can submit my document and someone else will take my later on my behalf . After that i called payroll department N number of time no one answered my call . One of my freind current employee of teleperformance mohali visited payroll daily regarding my FNF and reliving later after delaying it for so many days all of sudden they said i am absconded . No one called me regarding the same i did my resgination formalities i handed over my i card to employee person and clearly said i do not want to continue and if i am absconded when i visited the payroll department on ** th of aug they should told me the same but no one informed the same now they are saying i should come again on ** and ** of next month . please help me with the same *Regards *Dharvi Arora
