Dear HR Team, I hope this message reaches you well. As per the guidelines, it is strictly forbidden to share passwords, as it contravenes ZTP regulations. I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of Mr. A, the assistant manager of the Tata Sky Process in NVSD Mohali. There have been instances where agents have been observed using each other's VPN credentials, as mandated by Mr. A. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action promptly. I have attached a screenshot as evidence to illustrate that some agents do not possess individual passwords and are resorting to sharing them. I strongly urge all agents to report this practice if requested by the manager. It is evident that these activities are occurring under the supervision of the assistant manager, and I trust that necessary and stringent actions will be implemented promptly. I have raised concerns regarding Mr. A's lack of work ethic and irresponsible behavior before. I recommend reviewing CCTV footage to evaluate his productivity in the office environment. I recently started working with one of your offices in Mexico. Unfortunately, due to frequent power outages in my city caused by the heavy rains and issues with the electric company, I missed several days of work. Consequently, they asked me to return the equipment, which I have done. As I had already started training for Viasat and was in my final week, I am interested in continuing to work with an American office or possibly in a role as a liaison between the U.S. and Mexico. I am a U.S. citizen with all the necessary documentation.

Subject: Incomplete Job Application Issue Hi Teleperformance, I recently received an email stating my application for the Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent position in Port Saint Lucie with Balance Staffing is incomplete. When I try to complete it through the provided link, I get an error message. I have tried reaching out to the HR departments in Port Saint Lucie and Salt Lake City but have had no luck. The email mentioned that it was an auto-generated message, so I'm uncertain if I will receive further communication. I left a message with the Port Saint Lucie office. I am seeking assistance with the Teleperformance/icims test. After completing the typing section, the site indicated I was done and would hear back in a couple of days. When I tried to access the site again, I received an error message stating the site was unavailable. I recently started training at United Health Care for Open Enrollment but faced internet connection issues with the VPN, causing me to miss essential training sessions. Consequently, I had to resign despite wanting to continue working for UHC. I have tried contacting various numbers, including 1[redacted], to rectify my situation for potential rehire at Teleperformance. I am scheduled to begin my training class tomorrow, on November 15th. I have received all the equipment and it's set up and ready to go. However, I have not received the steps for the "Service Tech check," leaving me unsure of how to proceed. I have not been provided with my employer ID, username, or password to log into the equipment. Despite reaching out for assistance via email, I have not received a response. Hello, my name is Maritza Zamora. I was supposed to begin training in El Paso, TX this past Monday, January 17. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend because my brother tested positive for COVID-19, and I'm waiting for my results. I spoke to Victor Cardenas and Victoria, trainers at Teleperformance. They mentioned that someone from Human Resources would contact me regarding options to join a future class or reapply. I missed a call from Teleperformance today but couldn't understand the caller. I completed the new employee work-from-home onboarding last Thursday, 9/8. The contact was supposed to complete Section 2 of the I-9 by 5:30 pm on the same day, which was done. I finished all the Onboarding Documents and even received an email from First Advantage to complete the Drug Test. However, despite confirming my I-9 completion, I received an email later that evening stating it was incomplete. I have left voicemails and sent emails regarding my employment status but have not received any response. I am unsure if I should proceed with the drug test. I turned down another job offer for this position. My Background check was clear according to First Advantage. I urgently need someone from HR to contact me before 2 pm tomorrow. I have decided to leave my position at Teleperformance due to a lack of support and understanding. My manager failed to address issues properly, and I was harassed by a team member through email. Having to report my numbers every two hours in a team chat made me feel embarrassed and undervalued without management's guidance. Despite my dedication as a claims representative for Alliance One Home Infusion Therapy, I received minimal assistance and felt neglected by the lead assistant, Davina. I was given ultimatums about my daily claims quota, leading to an insecure work environment. Additionally, I was shifted between four positions in less than a year with threats of consequences if I didn't meet expectations. These stressful conditions have impacted my health, and the continuous pressure to perform at a high level has been detrimental. While I was filling out my insurance form, I encountered an issue signing up for short term disability. It seems there is something called CCH on my profile preventing me from being eligible for short term disability. I am confused as I have had short term disability coverage before without any problems. I have reached out for assistance but have yet to receive a clear explanation on why this restriction is in place. I urgently need this matter resolved so I can enroll in the future and ensure I have the coverage I need.

Dear Team, I am deeply disappointed with the recent treatment I received from the organization. Despite being on a PIP, being terminated without prior notice and receiving a meager severance amount of Rs. [redacted] is unacceptable to me. I had worked for 22 days with 12 leaves and 1 CO to my credit, yet I do not understand why there were deductions from my final pay. I believe I deserve fair compensation for the genuine work I have done. If the company cannot address this issue promptly, I do not require the experience letter or the inadequate amount of Rs.
