I ordered flowers on Wednesday Feb **th, to be sent on Saturday Feb **th, at * o’clock on Saturday they still hadn’t been delivered, when I called I was told the florist they sent the order to didn’t deliver to the Army Base my niece lives on. If I hadn’t called she would still be waiting, and why within those * days was I not notified? I was embarrassed to call my niece and tell her the flowers were not coming. I was so disappointed that I chanced the order because it would have taken another day to get a different florist. I just hope my money is refunded in a timely manner, I also told your customer service person I will never use Teleflora again. The order number is *********. The problem was resolved when I canceled the order but I felt I needed to send this
