I was at your Norridge target store in Illinois tonight. I ordered $** dollars in product. I waited for * minutes in the self check out line to check out myself. I rung all my items up and had to wait for help because I had beer and the guy helping the self check out was not ** so I had to wait for someone else, then I tried to use my coupons on the target app but the handheld was not working and it would not scan my phone so the boy working them said I can print your receipt and take you to another register to check out. Only he did not he made me get back in a line (mind you Friday night and it was busy) so I had to wait in line again for another * minutes then when I finally got back up to the register the girl tried the scan the receipt the other employee gave her and she said it didn’t work she would have to rescan all my items. So I had to take all my items out all $** dollars worth so she could rescan after I already had done that myself. Then I had to wait AGAIN To get another employee who could ring up my beer. Why in the world are there no cashiers over ** working on a Friday night anyways when you sell alcohol?? To top it off as I am waiting to be next in line for the second time the guy who made me go back into a line opened up another lane AFTER I waited in line all that time for the second time. He should have grabbed me first to open the register take my receipt and then open the lane to rest of customers since I already waited my time in line. The customer service at this store is rediculas. I can give you my red card number so you can see we spend on average *,*** dollar a month. You would think for all the hard earned money I spend at your store you can have employees who are properly trained in customer service. Today is Friday February **th and I was there at *:** on the top floor. The one boy was working the self check out at that time and the girl was at register *. Let me know if you need my recipt number. I would like to know what will be done for such an inconvince. *Thank you
