Hello, My name is Amanda, and I recently placed an order through the Mobile App for pickup at the Wauwatosa Mayfair location drive-thru. I placed the order, but upon arrival, the workers informed me that one item was unavailable, requiring the cancellation of the entire order. Despite attempting to cancel through the app, it was "being processed" and couldn't be stopped. The staff couldn't cancel it either. They suggested contacting customer service for a refund. After a lengthy wait, customer service advised waiting for an email response within two business days. It has been almost two weeks with no resolution. I seek a refund for the order that was not fulfilled. The drive-thru staff, though pleasant, were unable to assist effectively, resulting in the food being cold. I have been attempting to reach customer service since yesterday when I placed my order. After realizing there was an error in the box, I called the store directly and was told they did not have the game day box I ordered, advising me to contact you for a refund. I promptly made a report before collecting the rest of the food. Upon pick up, it was discovered that the drink I ordered was missing and the order was still incorrect. Upon informing the employee and offering to return all the items, I was accused of lying and treated disrespectfully. The food was left uneaten due to being cold and poorly made. I am seeking a refund for the incorrect box that cost over $20 and the missing drink. While I would prefer a refund for the entire order given the circumstances, I understand if that is not feasible. I am seeking a refund from Taco Bell following a recent disappointing experience. After placing an order on the app, I was informed upon arrival at the store that they could not fulfill half of the items due to issues with the fryers. Despite requesting to cancel the order, I was informed it was not possible as it had already been accepted. When proposing a same-cost alternative that did not require the fryer, I was denied and informed it could lead to employee termination. The items I did receive were incorrectly made and cold. When requesting a refund for the unfulfilled items, I was told it was an app problem, not a restaurant issue, and a refund could not be given. I am requesting a full refund for all items ordered.

I placed an order on the Taco Bell mobile app while inside the correct store, but the app mistakenly ordered it 45 minutes away. I requested a refund of $7.00 but was told by the wrong location to contact 1-[redacted]-TACO BELL for mobile app refunds, which was not specified anywhere. The mobile app's customer relations promise of immediate responses through their portal, Facebook, or Twitter turned out to be false advertising; I received no response. After speaking to three people at 1-[redacted]-TACO BELL, it's been over three weeks, and they claimed it was being processed. When I try calling now, it hangs up automatically. This nightmare started on January 10th.

I simply requested a paper receipt, but the manager informed me she was unable to provide one without attempting to assist me. Her attitude was quite rude and unhelpful. Additionally, the system only allows for orders to be placed using machines, which should have an option for a paper receipt. It may sound trivial, but I keep my receipts for budgeting purposes. I made an online order using the app on 2-7-23 at Taco Bell located at [redacted] N Central Ave Humboldt, TN [redacted]. Despite receiving confirmation via text and email, the restaurant had no record of my order upon my arrival. The employee mentioned their system issues prevented them from fulfilling the order. Assured that any charges would be refunded promptly, I am concerned as it is now 1:53 p.m., and I have not received the $25.17 refund in my account. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly.

I ordered a steak stuffed burrito and two orders of wings for my boss but only received one order of wings and the burrito. When I went back during my short 30-minute lunch break, I found the staff distracted, joking around, and not taking orders seriously. Despite being the only customer in the store at that time, I had to wait 17 minutes for my food. This caused me to exceed my lunch break and face consequences at work. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for 43 minutes and later received coupons for cheap items with a purchase, which felt like a slap in the face. As a loyal customer of 41 years, I am deeply disappointed and unlikely to return unless there are significant improvements to the service.

I received burritos with beans despite clearly stating "NO BEANS" multiple times due to my son's bean allergy. Despite the drive-through worker repeating the order correctly, she seemed confused and needed assistance from two others. Ultimately, she only charged me for two boxes, although I ordered and confirmed two more. However, there were issues at the window, and we ended up discarding part of our order. Very dissatisfied with the service. Given the time constraints of picking up my aunt from the airport, we could not turn back. I believe both boxes should be replaced at no charge. On Tuesday, February 21st at 11:50 am, I ordered food online from Taco Bell for me and two coworkers. Despite arriving before 12:10, I left empty-handed at 12:35 due to being repeatedly overlooked by the staff at the Laurel, MS location. The workers seemed to ignore me even though I was standing right in front of them. Shockingly, they falsely marked my order as fulfilled in their system. Seeking a refund proved challenging, but after contacting their corporate office, I was assured of a refund within three days. Unfortunately, that promise was also unkept. The service I received was unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by this experience. I simply want what is rightfully mine, given that the store failed to fulfill my order.

I made a payment inside for my food, and the keypad confirmed the transaction was successful. The money was deducted from my account, and I showed the staff that the payment was made. However, they insisted I pay again despite my evidence of the payment. They refused to provide the food I already paid for. I contacted the Bibb County sheriff for assistance with the issue. This experience at the store has been incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the employee's attitude was not cooperative. Additionally, the bathroom at the Bloomfield Road store was very dirty.

I ordered breakfast online at ten AM in Havendale, Florida, but when I got there, they had no record of my order. Despite charging me, they refused to give me the food or refund my money. On Sunday afternoon, I attempted to order lunch through the app, but it seemed to have a glitch. Despite the restaurant not receiving my order, my bank account was still charged. I have been trying for three days now to resolve this issue, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. The restaurant employee couldn't assist me either. I did not receive my entire order after experiencing an inexcusable wait time in the drive-thru. I was asked to park in the mobile parking area, where I waited over 20 minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside to collect what I did receive. Upon mentioning the missing items, I overheard the "manager" or "team lead" commenting that I would have to wait. This frustrated me, as I had been patient. Unfortunately, I left without the rest of my order, causing my son to miss his school lunch. I would appreciate a refund for the items that were not provided.

I recently visited Taco Bell and encountered an issue with my order. Despite the initial mistake, the staff member at the counter was apologetic and corrected the error. However, while eating, my daughter found a piece of plastic in her taco that appeared to be from disposable gloves. I used to be a loyal Taco Bell customer, visiting every Friday, but sadly, I've made the decision to stop. The employee at the window, an older African American woman, can have a terrible attitude at times. It's unpredictable. She has made mistakes with my orders and blames me, which is frustrating. I know what I ordered, and it's not me making mistakes. Trying to reason with her only leads to more rudeness. I can't deal with this after a long day at work. I encountered an issue with my Taco Bell app order. Initially, the app did not allow me to change the location, resulting in the order being sent to the wrong store. When trying to contact the store, I received a Verizon "cancelled account message" instead. Unable to reach the store, I missed out on the $30 worth of food I ordered. I was charged twice for the same order on the app, but only received one receipt. However, I noticed two separate charges on my account and saw two orders in the app. When I arrived at Taco Bell, an employee mentioned another order for Tyler, but I clarified I only had one. Unfortunately, he was unable to cancel the extra order and advised me to reach out online. Additionally, the items I received didn't match my original order. I had requested 2 supreme soft tacos, but received regular ones instead. Moreover, the supreme burrito I ordered with extra meat, cheese, and sour cream did not have any of those extras. Every time I order Taco Bell delivery, it's always problematic with missing items and incorrect orders. Despite these issues, the compensation they offer is minimal with only a $5 coupon for significant errors. Recently, my order was mistakenly taken back by the delivery person due to an error, leaving me without my food and little explanation. Even after reaching out for clarification, I received no response, leading to further frustration. Doordash claims responsibility lies with Taco Bell for any mistakes, but the resolution from Taco Bell seems inadequate. Currently, I have a $26 order pending, adding to the ongoing issues. This ongoing situation makes me wonder if this could be considered theft.

The Taco Bell on 9 Mile has been rude to me. Two employees approached me near the previous Pizza Hut location, questioning me about getting the food. I repeatedly explained that it was the person in the black truck who gave it to me. If any Taco Bell employees, male or female, touch me again, I will file a complaint. I will avoid the place in the future and stay closer to the church to avoid further issues.
