I order at Taco Bell A LOT, about **% of the time when I eat out that’s where I go. Usually if and when they mess my order up they fix it no problem but tonight I was told they could not fix my order that they messed up from the other day that I hadn’t noticed until I got home and then called and explained the mess up and was told that they would replace everything no problem because they remembered me and they told me they wrote my name down and to come by anytime to get a replacement. When I explained to them tonight the situation they told me that my name was not written down and that they could not replace my food because they did not remember me. I’m extremely upset.
