I placed an online order for lobby pick up at the Taco Bell on Springfield Avenue In Champaign, IL. I was notified to go to the lobby to pick when. When I arrived at the TacoBell, it was open, people were working inside but they had the lobby doors locked. I tried to get their attention but no one acknowledged my presence. I tried calling the listed phone number but eventually what sounded like a fax machine answered. I called three more times with the same result. I had to go through the drive thru which I was trying to avoid due to the long lines. I explained the situation to the gentleman on the speaker. He just told me to pull around. The food wasn’t even ready.
