The issue in GetHuman-jlmogel's own words
On Monday I made a $** order on the app around *:** for pickup. When I got to the drive thru, I told them who I was and they told me to pull forward. There was nobody in line at the drive thru. And I didn't see any customers inside the restaurant either. After waiting a few minutes at the window, someone handed me "my food". After I got home, I noticed the order was not correct. Specifically, the * Cheesy Gordita Crunches that I ordered (the main part of my order, and the most expensive part of my order) were not in the bag. Also, the spicy tostada that I ordered did not have any of the spicy sauce on it. So I got online and emailed taco bell that same night (about *pm). I would have expected to hear back the next day. But here we are * days later and I have not heard a word from Taco Bell. I was very disappointed in the service at the restaurant.. but I am even MORE disappointed in the CUSTOMER SERVICE of the company.

GetHuman-jlmogel did not yet indicate what Taco Bell should do to make this right.
