To whom it may concern :* *Dear Sir or Madam :*I would like to provide you with the following information to clean up your understanding *Of the posture of my complaint ?*I believe that I've been treated unfairly just because of who I am ! And that's crime against humanity .*According to the constitution , these reason are called : Protected characteristics under Federal laws as defined by Florida statutes *( ***-**-***-** ) the Florida civil rights act . *On Friday, July, ** around *,**,** pm I stop by your premises Taco-Bell **** W, Memorial Blvd to buy fresh a cup of coffee . *The clerk get my money and she made me waiting for how long , then they tell me the coffee machine is broken , I say okay no problems accidents happening all the time , can I get my money back please ? Another clerk speak up with a nasty attitude , I don't like it . By the way is not the first time this is has happened to me in the same premises .*There is too many chiefs , and not enough indians . You really need new and professional management one more thing I promise you I will never stopping by in your business again neither my Friends and my Family only if I heard you did something about it .*Thank you Sir or Madam for your time .
