I placed an order on the app for pick up. I get a text that says it is ready. I arrive at the restaurant to find out they haven't even started it yet. Then the kid on the register said to every customer that they were short staffed and it would be a ** minute wait. Everyone left. The kid tells me I can call corporate if I have a problem, except you all close at * so that did me no good. I finally get my food and get it home and it is awful. Thrown together. Smashed. Soaking wet for some unknown reason. I am extremely upset. We threw all the food away, so I want my money back for starters. I also never saw a manager, so, good job on that. Right now I feel like you all could not care less about your customers. I hope you will do something to prove me wrong.
