Went to Taco Bell in Thomson,GA, ***** to get lunch. I placed a order in drive thru for a taco salad. only * cars ahead of us, it takes ** mins to get to the window area. So I get out my car and go inside. The Manager with a jazzy mouth asks,"What you want?" I say,"my taco salad" she then carry's a convo with the drive thru girl that is acting lost. I say,"I been in drive thru approx **-** mins I should be getting this free!" She says,"I am sorry but we are busy! Ain't nothing Free! And you can't get nothing from Bob!" So back story is Bob is my Manager at Discount Automotive in Thomson. That Manager at Taco Bell use to be our customer her name is Tursaka. So she basically made me wait on my order, because she is mad at my Manager. Because she turns her car back in claiming she couldn't afford it because Taco Bell cut her hours! First of all when she was MY customer I treated her with respect and kindness. I have been going to Taco Bell for years now. But to treat me with disrespect and uncare just due to her personal hang ups is not right! My sister worked at Taco Bell back years ago and lost her job for not saying have a nice day! But! This Manager can basically mistreat me and get away with it? I think not and I pray she gets fired as well.
