I went to taco bell at ***** ecourse rd in taylor michigan at **pm, i go to this location * times a week because its near my work and home. almost every single time i go to the drive thru i have an issue , my last issue , i got my food, drove away. When i got home i was given the wrong order. I drove back to get the rest and again was given the wrong order. I didnt feel like complaining because i shouldnt have to and not to mention i thought it would be solved. I decieded to write you guys and let you know what is going on. Like i said im there * times a week and almost everytime i have an issue and enough is enough!, i want what i paid for , this is completely crazy. How would you feel if you made a purchase somewhere and you didnt get everything you paid for or it was forgotten to be put in your bag? This is not about getting someone in trouble so im not dropping names even though i have them.. heres how nuts they are... i ordered a nacho belgrande** dorrito fire tacos** plain tacos** empanadas** large drinks*Bean burrito** cina twist**I recieved* * plain tacos** drinks*A nacho supreme** cinatwist**The bag was big and i should have checked before i left . Im starting to think that your employees may have a personal issue with me or maybe remember my vehicle because its litterally almost everytime . If its because im ordering large orders and they cant get it right, then you need to send someone to teach your employees how to do their jobs amd maybe have some patience when bagging the food. I refuse to go back to this location until i recieve some kind of ackowledgment about my complaint, So lets see how much taco bell really cares about their customers.....
