We went to our local (* miles away) Taco bell today for our free taco. I ordered one and my wife was going to order one but the server told us her boss said only one per customer. I told her one was for me and one for my wife and she again said her boss told her only one. There were two of us and all we wanted was the free $*.** taco for Mookie Betts stealing a base during the world series. Could the server have misunderstood her boss or was her boss so cheap as to limit ONE TACO PER FAMILY as seemed to be the case. This was absolutely ridiculous. We don't eat out often but we do go to this particular restaurant about once a month. I wanted to ask for the manager but there were others in line behind me and my wife didn't want me to "cause a scene". Perhaps it was a misunderstanding because your TV advertising said everyone gets a free taco. The server was polite and apologetic but...
