I went thru the drive thru at the Taco Bell on State Line Ave in Texarkana Texas. I ordered * Beef Chalupas with NO TOMATO and I added Baja Sauce (Or whatever you guys call it now), and a Large Mt. Dew to drink. I get my food and head back to work. When I get back to my office, I open the bag and neither of the chalupas have ANY meat on them and they are LOADED with tomatos. As if it was just done out of spite. I called the store and after the lady picked up, I magaged to get out "Hi, I came thru the drive thru a few....." and the woman hung up on me. I gave her the benifit of the doubt that maybe the phone was dissconnected and I called back. Same thing, hung up on me again within * seconds. I called again for a third time, the lady picks up the phone and says "Stop callin this god **** number, we don't ******* care" and hangs up. I sat there in my office comepletely astounded. This is not the first complaint I have ever had with this particular location but I will assure you, after this last altercation, I will NEVER step foot in another Taco Bell ever again. If this company, even for a minute, thinks that it is okay to speak to a paying customer in that manner, I will NEVER give them another dime. We are the ones that keep your lights on and food on your tables and this is how we are treated? Rediculous.
