I ordered my food on the mobile app and they said the food was fresh, (which it should be as long as we waited) only to get home * min away and the tacos was soggy like the meat cheese and lettuce was in the taco holder paper. They gave us soggy tacos after that ** min wait, after preordering our food it cant be fresh.. this taco bell is trash it's the one on college dr in Suffolk,va they have no empathy dont even apologizes for the long wait. They DiDNT answer the phone all night I called like * times which is crazy. And (last weekend) if you don't have all the food to make a taco and the place is called taco bell you should close down for the night. We waited In line for ** mins only for them to tell us they out of everything. (That's why we used the mobile app). Long story short I want money back for the tacos that was soggy and an apology from that store crew that was on duty Aug **th at *** pm.
