Complaint about your Service*I have three licences for * properties. I pay all * licence fees annually on different dates by direct debit. However, I don't always receive an email to say that the licence has been renewed and that the direct debit has been collected. I have tried, in vain, to find out how to check online to see which email addresses you have for each licence. Having failed in this search, and with time passing and my temper deteriorating by the minute I tried to ring you. No number is listed anywhere that I could find on your website. Instead I had to google it. When I finally found a number I could ring I had to go through the endless treacle of pressing keys on my phone pad to select options, and to 'say' things to a machine! And to cap it all I was then informed, again by a recording, that all your staff were busy and no-one could help me. I was told to ring back later!!! And then I was simply cut off!!! This is appalling customer service. It achieved nothing except resentment, anger and frustration on my side. If I didn't need licences for these properties I would never engage with your organisation voluntarily again. My stress levels following my attempt to ask you a simple question are way up in the stratosphere and I am still none the wiser. If I wish to persevere I will have to ring you again and go through the same process.
