** minutes wait time before Jewellery sales person is available because you’ve only the same * people working Christmas*hanakha*Eadd holiday crowds that you have work in August. *There is no working ‘the next customer number is..., sign’ working so customers have to crowd around the counters arguing amongst ourselves as to who’s next. TJMaxx is the worst shopping experience a New Yorker can have because you give the impression of a quick and easy and clean shopping experience which your anything but. I had to argue with other customers just to get service because your understaffed!!! Your existing staff is putting up with your cost cutting nonsense but I don’t have to. Your wasting everyone’s time.*A cockroach ran across the Top Of The Counter as I was trying to pick jewellery out to purchase.*I hope this isn’t considered your flagship store in Manhattan because between the wait time and the cockroach you don’t deserve to be in Manhattan. *I feel sorry for your employees.*I tried to leave this on your ‘official feedback line’ but for some reason it wouldn’t accept my recipe or survey number or date or time. This is another example of your company being a complete waste of time. *My info, so you know I’m not a con artist or an overworked employee, is:*Survey number- ***********Date-*********Time- **:**:***My e-mail is:*M*****@***.com*Let me leave you with my condolences for your overwhelmed staff. It’s a shame that your understaffing is making the entire holiday shopping experience so awful.
