He suggested to change motherboard of television which we agreed upon. He promised us that within *** working days he will visit again to change motherboard. However, we waited for almost a week but no one from your end turned up. **Finally, on ********** we again complained to “Mayur Electronics” upon which on ********** someone Mr.Ram from your side visited again but could not change motherboard and rather suggested software update. He again promised us that within *** days someone from your end will come to update software. Again, we waited for few more days and finally on ********** your executive came with motherboard but could not switch on Television and could not rectify the issue. **Post this, we are doing constant follow up with your team however no one seems to take this matter seriously. We also spoke to someone senior from Customer Service (Mr.Swapnil) however our issue is still not resolved.**Today is ********** (almost a month), and the problem is still not resolved. **This shows, TCL company does not care about their customer post sales. **This is one of the most pathetic customer service we have ever experienced in our life.**We are repenting that we switched from Panasonic TV to TCL TV. **Please note, your executive has informed us that he is putting up request for replacement of this television which we are still awaiting. **Please note if this matter is not taken on immediate basis, I will have no other option but to take necessary action and elevate this case to the next level. **Should you wish to speak to me, please feel free to call me on ***.**********.**I am expecting your revert on immediate basis.***ENCL: Kindly see attached file for my Whatsapp message sent to your executive Mr.Swapnil on **th January ****.******Regards,**Kuldip Ved
