We are elderly people leaning economically on our savings and pension.*On last January **** we have planned a two weeks’ vacation on beginning of June to the Azorean Islands Portugal.*For this vacation we have bought on **th January **** * flight tickets directly from TAP air Portugal.*as follows**Tel-Aviv - Lisbon, Lisbon – Terceira on ********, and back Ponta Delgado – Lisbon, Lisbon- Tel-Aviv on *********.**Because of the Covid-** pandemic our ability to enter Portuguese territory was blocked on these dates and all*our ref. booked flights were canceled. **For the last * month we are trying to get a refund from TAP for our ref. tickets. *So far, we have managed to get refunds only for our flight from Ponta Delgado to Lisbon.*Yet the refund for our other flights, a total of US$ **** ,was never transferred to us. *(Please find hereunder. All our not yet refunded ticket’s details). **According to the Israeli law’s regulations we should have been refunded by TAP, for these canceled flights tickets,*no late than *********. **We put already * times officially registered Refund Claims for the above via TAP website. *Till today without any answer or refund results.*We have conducted * verbal conversations (the last one just a week ago) regarding our refund claims.*In all these conversations TAP’s representative inform us that all our Refund claims approved by last mid. August **** *and we should receive our refund money within days.*For some reason Tap’s Refund Dpt.*Tap’s Accountant didn’t make the Refund transfer money to PayPal (we paid by PayPal)*Therefor we never received our refund money.
