The issue in GetHuman-farirafa's own words
My name is Fariborz Rafati. My flight was from Portland*Oregon to Dusseldorf*Germany via Chicago and Lisbon on Nov. * ****.*Flight *:*AS*** ORD*TP*** LIS*TP *** DUS*My bag is lost. The bag was checked in at Portland*Oregon and it is confirmed that it was loaded into the AS*** to Chicago. The bag tag number is: AS **-**-**. After * days it hasn't been found yet. *A big air line company like TAP should have system to know the location of the bags at anytime. There are irreplaceable items in that bag the no amount of money will replace it. *It is a black suitcase (hard case) with * wheels made by Ricardo. There is a Blue plastic tag on the handle of the bag with my name on it. The bag tag number is: AS **-**-**. *I beg you to find out about my bag whereabouts and let me know of the situation.**Sincerely yours,*Fariborz Rafati
