I bought two fully refundable tickets on TAP Air Portugal late last year and was promised a refund on *.**.** within four weeks by an agent named Paulo Matos. Seven weeks later, I still haven't received a refund and have not been able to get an agent on the phone despite multiple attempts! My booking confirmation is L*Q**X. The ticket numbers are ************* and *************. Thank you for any help you can provide.
