Our flight is was delayed by * hours from Lisbon to Madrid. There was no notification of this delay until we arrived at the airport. Due to this delay we have now missed our connecting flight to Santorini. We would like you to arrange alternative transport to Santorini or to please accommodate us for the night so we are able to sleep instead of being stranded at Madrid airport. Can you please also provide documentation as to why the flight was delayed but such a large amount of time. We also had a disgusting experience at your check in desk at Lisbon. I have taken down the names of those who served us. We were given no help and received a terrible attitude from staff. We have flown Air Portugal to Lisbon from Barcelona and had no trouble combining our luggage weight. However, when flying from Lisbon to Madrid our luggage was not able to be combined due to company policy. If it is company policy it needs to be the same in every city. Due to that we were not able to move contents of one bag to another due to the lighter bag already being put through. When we asked for a manger the assistant just pointed to nowhere and told us to go. I am very disappointed in my experience and will never fly not recommend air Portugal to anyone.
