My issues with tmobile have been going on for approx * mons. when i discovered i was being over charged for a tablet that never purchased, leased or ask for such service.*Ive had been in contact w many representatives of tmobile regarding the * promo digit lines i did not have use for nor had i ever used. Constantly calling every month to disconnect these lines which up to todays billing statement that digit line remains and being charged for this line i have argued w your company to remove this digit line and they assure me that that line is disconnected that they see no other phone number besides the main number ******-**** which i should have been only paying for this line alone since March of ****.*My bank account has been overdrawn for debit transactions that i did not approve of those amounts reason that the digit lines remained on my bill at that time however my bank account was debit with over charges to this account.*For the month of Aug. **** my bill was at ***.** *Sept. **** is **.** i do not understand your charges per * line is **.** a month ? Did your prices go up ? I was to pay **.** for * line and that is not what i am being charged.*I have been a faithful customer since ******. I do not want to lose service w tmobile. However i need yhese charges to be removed from my billing statements*I would appreciate a response regarding this complaint*email is: *****@***.com*A response would be appreciated.*Thnx gracie aguilar *All Day&Night Towing
