Re: LG v** (LG-H***)**Yesterday I learned that a recall had been issued on my phone sometime ago. I have an LG v**. From the very beginning I have had issues with this phone. T-Mobile has sent me several exchanges of the same phone, once I was offered an exchange of a lesser valued phone!! Not once have I been offered an equivalent exchange. We have been your customer for close to twenty (**) years. I can't understand why after looking at the history of the exchanges I've received for this phone not once have I had customer services step up and fix the issue by providing me with a phone near the cost of this piece of junk. If a recall is issued should the retailer, distributor or the manufacturer offer the customers that purchased A PIECE OF **** an equivalent substitute? You should never knowing allow your customers to pay close to one thousand dollars on equipment and accessories on a paper weight. What I see is that you do not care as long as you get our money. A consumer typically purchases a phone & accessories for their devices on top of paying the carrier a hefty monthly cost. For this we expect a bit more generous customer service.
