About July * **** my LG Leon stop holding a charge so I went into the T mobile store om S Sam Houston Parky. I was told that the battery was no longer available, but because I had insurance and jump, it would be replaced. I was charged $* for shipping. I return after receiving the replacement to have the info transferred on July **. I was charged $* for warrant svc fee. All my info was not transferred and the phone did not work. July ** I went to the Southwest fwy location and on the jump program received the LG K**, but want the Galaxy J* but it was unable. I was told I could return it within ** day.I took a business trip to Okla on Aug * and was told by customer to return the phone there I attempted this on Aug ** and **. After speaking with CS they order the Galaxy with a $** charge and was told to keep the LG K** and I would receive $*** credit. The problem could only be applied to my balance, not the J* phone. The Problem accured because of the Phone, not my future service obligations. The credit should be applied to the J * .Also all cost relating to the LGk** should be removed. I only need * working dependable phonenot *. What do I do with the LGK**. Up to this point all I heard is what your CS could not do, not what I want.
